Funny Funny Belle. Belle got in trouble for doing a major DUH! I called her from the neighbors yard and instead of taking 2 seconds to slip into her shoes she ran, across the wet mud in her white socks, I told her I wasn't very happy with her and that she had to pay for the socks. Later she gave me this note. It reads (as I put it in order):

I know SUPER ewe gross. On the 10th I pulled a no brainer and burned the crap out of my finger on my curling iron. Here it is, 5 days later and it continues to get worse rather than better I think :( As it dries out it is cracking and hurting and is SO stinking tender...Monday, February 16, 2009

Valentines, Valentines everywhere!
We had a lot of fun making valentines this year. Talon, Belle and Anna all helped me make theirs and sat and signed them all. They turned out so cute and were a lot more fun than just buying a box of cards!

Belle brought me the supplies and informed me that she wanted her Valentine's box to be a giraffe. It actually came together very easily and she was REALLY happy with it. She had the cutest box in her class :D

Today we went up to tour the new Draper temple. We took the kids with us and went with the family. It was SO pretty and was a really nice night for all of us. I think for sure we'll be going to the new S. Jordan temple when they have it's open house too.

We went to the aquarium today. There were a lot of cute pictures but non quite as perfect as this one. Miss Mia was having a lot of fun playing in the water and trying to touch the fish and sting rays.

Bright was BOUND and determined to get his pajamas on himself. He was doing so good and trying so hard and doing a really great job at not getting frustrated....he's getting SO big! We're gonna ignore the fact that the shirt is on upside down OK :)

This post is just kind of an oxymoron. Morgan was being a grump, he was teething and having separation anxiety all day but Bright was playing with him and stuck these stickers on him (because yeah, that's gonna make him happy) but it cracked me up that one of them said *happy* - so I told him I was leaving it on him until he did become happy! Thanks to Bright for bringing some fun into a stressful day!

Sunday dinner at Grandma's. Brighton was trying to love Morgan so much and Morgan was just not having ANYTHING to do with it! Either that or he's upset because I dressed them matchy matchy :)

My beautiful Belle with her big heart! She'd been wanting her hair cut for a while but she wanted to donate it to locks for love. So we waited, when we cut it I wanted to make sure it still brushed her shoulders. But we did it, and altho she looks older she is still my beautiful sweet loving girl!

try not to laugh to hard ok! I got up and got dressed. I talked to Paula later in the day (you know Paula who lives what 3 states away from me?) and in the middle of our conversation she tells me how she's gotten a lot of compliments on her NKOTB shirt that day - it takes me a minute and then I say *HEY! I'm wearing my shirt today!* - yeah we were both wearing our shirts with white l/s t's under and jeans and of course black shoes. It made us laugh and we both promised to take pics, unfortunately I didn't remember until like 11 and I looked like crap so I just decided to take a TOTALLY silly picture! I took 3, P voted this one to be the one that made it here :)

Silly Mr. Brighton. We thought he was sound asleep in his own bed and we went into our room (we typically try to remember to close our door before we put any of them to bed so they're not sneaking into our room) and he had brought his pillow and his blanket and closed our door and climbed into our bed and fell sound asleep. Luckily he stayed asleep even when we moved him!

A girl and her doll. Belle found this dress, which just happened to be not her 1st Christmas dress but her 2nd that her Grandma Nettie made her and she put it on her AG doll Lilly. They both looked pretty cute!
