I know - i've slacked off a little bit but i'm going to go back and fix that when I get my computer back.
I was downstairs tonite switching over laundry and I saw a little (at the time it kinda freaked me out because it looked deformed) bird stuck in my window well. This explained the weird noise I heard earlier in the evening outside my kitchen window.
Nate was a champ and dealt with me waking him up to go rescue the bird and he got him and put him in a box. I took the box out front and freed him in my garden (dear. Mr./Ms. bird - i'm sorry if you are a girl cuz I keep calling you a boy) and have to just hope the cats don't get him :(
